MS CRM 2011: How to copy of 2 custom entities fields to related custom entity’s fields?

There are three custom entities A, B, C.

Entity A has few textboxes and two decimal fields

 and entity B  has few sub grid and  option fields.  

Now how to copy both entities ’s fields to related fields in to entity C?
